Charting a fresh course
Tuesday, 21st July 2015

Welcome to the second edition of our 2015 quarterly newsletter.
We’re exceptionally proud of our achievements so far this year, and the many articles and features in this newsletter highlight the strong business partnerships that we continue to forge with leading international suppliers and, of course, our valued customers.

Be sure to check out our Dscoop Open report, plus the success of our recent pre-FESPA Africa Open House, which included demonstrations of the latest technologies from HP Indigo, Durst, Aristo and Duplo. Joining us at the Open House were our new 3D printing technology partners, Rapid 3D. By combining the unparalleled technical and professional expertise of Rapid 3D and marketing knowledge of Build Volume, we’re now offering the widest range of 3D printing and scanning technologies for both professional industrial and consumer sectors. Be sure to visit our dedicated 3D printing demonstration centre in City Deep and our Kemtek stand at FESPA Africa to learn more about this new alliance and leading systems available.

As August approaches, we’re heading into an exciting new era at Kemtek. The shareholding of the company is being restructured to include TADVEST and Gencor Investment Holdings, plus a third major shareholder to be announced within a few months. Each is a progressive and proactive investor seeking to add significant value to the business and ensure a future of sustainable profitable growth.

May I be the first to welcome our new CEO, Leon Kruger, to our Kemtek family. Appointed by TADVEST, Leon is initially focusing on developing a strategic roadmap and restructuring the company. Dave Savage, our present executive chairman, now assumes the role of non-executive chairman.
During the next few months we’ll be realigning our business units and outlining a fresh strategy that will positively influence the way we present and deliver our products and services to our African customers. We’ll be keeping you up to date on new developments as they happen and, what’s more, we’ll continue to provide industry relevant events and training seminars to encourage open channels of communication and education.
As always we would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and suppliers for their esteemed support and, with Leon at the helm, I’m confident that the year ahead will prove prosperous for all.
